Requests & Exchange Process
On the werty.tech homepage, choose your exchange direction (e.g. BTC → GEL or USDT → USD), enter the amount, and click Submit Request. Once you are logged in, the request reaches your manager, who will contact you within a few minutes to confirm the details.
Standard requests are processed within 15–30 minutes during office hours. For larger amounts or non-standard pairs, your manager will confirm the exact timeframe when approving the request.
The rate is based on the current market rate, adjusted for the volume of the transaction. Large amounts qualify for an individual rate that is typically more favourable than the standard one. The rate is locked in when your manager confirms the request.
